Oasis is a direct secondary investment firm that specializes in providing liquidity to founders, employees and investors of high growth technology companies. We invest as little as $50k and as much as $10m per transaction.
Our target companies are typically generating at least $40m in revenue with at least 40% gross margins and have 40% YoY growth.
What we invest in…
We are industry agnostic and focus on growth stage companies. Series C & Series D sized companies are the most common entry point for our investments, but we will also consider companies that have not raised outside capital or who are pre-IPO and well past a Series D.
Unfortunately, we do not invest in bio-technology, crypto, or web 3 at this time. We will also not invest in pre-seed or seed stage startups.
Who we work with…
Founders
Just because you want to take some off the table, doesn’t mean you don’t believe in the company. We often work with founders who wish to sell their shares to exercise stock options, pay their tax consequence, invest in another startup, or purchase a house.
Employees
Many employees need liquidity for life’s events (marriage, baby, house, diversification, startup business), but aren’t selling enough stock for a family office or institutional buyer to be interested. If we like the company, we will purchase shares no matter how big or small the opportunity.
Early Investors
Many investors often want to liquidate a position to return capital to their limited partners, invest in another startup, lock in gains or help raise their next fund. Sometimes, investors end up with shares of another company that acquired an investment of theirs and they want to take some chips off the table.
